If you opt in before starting a GPT-Live conversation, we save its text to improve the assistant. This includes transcript fragments, the question received by our backend, its answer, cards and sources, and technical events such as interruptions and session closure. We do not save audio for this review. Reviews are encrypted, accessible only to authorized operators, and automatically expire 30 days after the session starts. Automated redaction removes common contact details and credentials but cannot detect every kind of personal information. Please avoid sharing sensitive information. You can decline without losing access to the assistant, or contact us to withdraw consent and request deletion using the approximate date, time and language of your conversation.
